We aim to meet on the first Monday of each month, to talk positively about birth and all things surrounding it! Please come along if you have had a positive birth and would like to tell your story and offer support to others. If you are pregnant and wanting a positive birth, come and surround yourself with positivity. Or even if you didn't have a great birth and would like some positive support. We can also give you information and support in choosing where and how you want to give birth.

Recomended for Relaxing

Pregnant woman probably get more relief from floating than most people. The extra weight carried by the mother-to-be can be very stressful due to the forces of gravity. Ironically, the times when you get a chance to rest is when the baby becomes more active and it??s weight continues to put stress on your muscles. Floating eliminates the negative effects of gravity which can cause joint pain, inflammation, and stress on the organs as well as the unborn baby
